Since my childhood, muscle training was the last thing I wanted to give it a try. I didn't like sweating and doing hard workout. I liked moving my body but not in a hard way.I was wrong. I must admit that I rejected it without even having tried it. I love doing it now and goes to a nearby muscle training group gym more than twice a week, sweating through an hourlong workout in a cramped gym. Just like people in this picture, our gym uses nylon straps hanging down from the ceiling called "TRX". Basically speaking, it uses your own body weight for training muscle.
The effects of muscle training have been plain to see. After the gym, I feel more energized throughout the day, getting ready for new challenges. At any age, you can train and grow your muscle!
Great! Muscle training is very good for mental and physical health. I was a member of a sports club too, but I stopped going there because I got athlete's foot at the shower room. It took me as long as several months to get rid of that. Be careful not to get infected!
