Love of Eating Dark Chocolate

I am really into eating dark chocolate lately. I have just ordered 1kg of dark chocolate on Amazon. I easily admit that I am obsessed with eating it!

The reason is quite simple. I came across a newspaper article the other day that says "Eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate benefits health and improves brain functions." I got so excited to know that there is a way to improve my memory, because I am hopelessly in need of that!

There are some precautions, however, when eating chocolate. First, you need to pick up "DARK" chocolate with high cacao content (such as with 85%, 95%). Otherwise, you will take too much fat and sugar. Second, you need to consume it throughout the day little by little because polyphenol won't stay in the body for a long time. It is said that it will be gone out of your body after a couple of hours.

I can't wait and see my good results. :)

  1. I'm also feeling I have a worse memory than I used to as I get older. To tell the truth, I have mild fatty liver, so I try to take less oil and fat. But I'm interested in dark chocolate improving brain functions, so I'm looking forward to your report here!

    1. Aerobic exercise can help improve our memory too. I used to have fatty liver (which was clearly visible through X-ray), but burned them by running. You can do it too! I will report if dark chocolate really works.
